By using TiketBurst you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they govern your rights and obligations as a buyer, organiser, or developer.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and TiketBurst. By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, creating an event, or otherwise accessing the platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without liability, following investigation and where legally required, prior notice.
TiketBurst sells you the ticket. We act as the seller of record, not as an agent or intermediary for the organiser. When you purchase a ticket through TiketBurst:
Because we are the seller, the refund obligation is ours. You do not need to pursue the organiser, and we do not decline a refund on the grounds that the organiser has not paid us.
Any TiketBurst credit on your account can be used to buy tickets and other services on TiketBurst. It is not convertible into cash, is not transferable, and is not a deposit or a payment account. Choosing credit is always optional; a cash refund is always available where you are entitled to a refund.
TiketBurst sells tickets to your event as principal, and you supply the event. You are therefore our supplier, and we owe you the proceeds of those sales less our commission.
As an organiser you agree to:
A platform commission is deducted from the gross value of each confirmed order. The applicable rate is shown in your organiser dashboard and on our pricing page, and is disclosed to you before you publish an event.
The remainder becomes a commercial payable owed to you by TiketBurst, due 24 hours after the event end time and subject to no active disputes. We settle it to your registered payout destination on our settlement schedule. Amounts shown in your dashboard represent what we owe you — they are not a stored balance, a deposit, or an account you draw on, and TiketBurst does not offer on-demand withdrawal of funds.
Organisers may launch fundraising campaigns subject to:
You may not use TiketBurst to:
Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.
TiketBurst and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including the design, code, brand, and content we produce. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Content you upload (event images, descriptions) remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and transmit it for the purpose of operating the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ivoirian law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Côte d'Ivoire. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the competent courts of Abidjan.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by emailing legal@tiketburst.com and allowing 30 days for a response.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before the effective date. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
If you do not agree with amended Terms, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty.
