Analytics

Know what sells your tickets

Every event published on TiketBurst comes with its analytics: real-time sales, where buyers come from, the conversion funnel and door attendance. Nothing to install, measured with our own tools, included in the commission.

What you measure

Real-time sales

Tickets sold, revenue and sales pace, by ticket category and by day. You see the effect of an announcement within the hour.

Where buyers come from

Which link, ambassador or campaign brought the sale. Referral links and promo codes are attributed all the way to the order.

Conversion funnel

From page view to purchase, through account creation. The step where people drop off tells you what to fix.

Door attendance

Validated scans, attendance rate and arrival curve. Useful for staffing the entrance and proving footfall to a partner.

Effect across categories

Does a new ticket category bring in new buyers, or just move them from another category? The analysis tells the two apart.

Payments and refunds

Split by payment method, success rate by operator, refunds and disputes. Enough to spot an operator that is failing.

The funnel, step by step

Most dashboards stop at the number of views. Ours follows the whole journey and tells you where you lose buyers.

  1. 1
    Event view
Unique visitors who actually viewed the page, bots excluded.
  2. 2
    Intent
    Tickets selected and checkout opened.
  3. 3
    Account creation
Sign-up and phone verification, linked to the original visit.
  4. 4
    Purchase
Confirmed order, attributed to its original source.

Views are de-duplicated and search crawlers excluded: event pages are rendered on the server so engines can read them, and a crawler's visit must not count as a visitor.

On the day of the event

Live attendance

Every scan reaches the dashboard: validated entries, attendance against tickets sold, and an hour-by-hour arrival curve to size your entrance teams.

Offline door control

The scanning app works without a network and syncs as soon as it returns. Entry statistics stay accurate even where coverage is poor.

After the event

Event report

A consolidated summary: ticketing by category, gross and net revenue, commission, refunds, attendance rate. Exportable for your accounts or your partners.

Sponsor report

A shareable link for each sponsor, with their brand's exposure metrics. Enough to justify a renewal without building a deck by hand.

Analytics without selling you

  • First-party audience measurement: no third-party ad tracker without the visitor's consent.
  • We neither sell nor rent your buyers' data.
  • As the organizer, you receive the data your event needs — and you are responsible for it for your own purposes.
  • Full details in the Privacy policy.

Publish, sell, measure

Publishing is free and analytics are included. You only pay a commission on tickets actually sold.
