A stream adds no seat, no security staff and no parking. Once the capture setup is in place, every online pass sold is extra revenue on the same night — and stays reachable for the diaspora, for whom travelling was never an option.
Treat this as an order of magnitude. The result depends on your prices, your audience and your capture costs (cameras, control room, connectivity), which are not included here. Online passes usually sell for less than in-person tickets: the simulator assumes that — adjust it to your case.

Frequently asked questions
Who pays the commission — me or the buyer?
TiketBurst commission is always deducted from the organizer’s proceeds. Payment processing fees are separate: the organizer can absorb them or pass them to the buyer. When passed on, the exact amount is shown before payment is confirmed.
Are commission and payment processing fees the same thing?
No. TiketBurst commission pays for the platform and depends on your plan. Processing fees cover the selected payment method: Wave 3% + XOF 100, other mobile money 5% + XOF 100, and cards 6.5% + XOF 100. They are calculated separately.
When do I get paid?
Proceeds follow the reserve schedule shown in your organizer area, calculated from order dates and proximity to the event. Settlement is then made under your contract to an approved destination; self-service withdrawals and automatic international bank payouts are not currently offered.
What happens on my first event?
Your first published event with paid tickets gets a reduced commission of 5% instead of 10%. A draft or free-only event does not use this offer. It applies automatically.
How much does a free event cost?
Nothing. The commission is a percentage of the ticket price, so a 0 XOF ticket generates no commission, and we charge no fixed per-ticket fee.
How does the Pro subscription work?
Pro costs 12 000 XOF for 30 days, charged to your available TiketBurst proceeds. You need this amount available to activate it yourself; otherwise, contact our sales team. It moves your commission from 10% to 7% and includes 1 000 SMS / WhatsApp sends per month. It does not auto-renew.
What if I cancel my event?
After an event cancellation, TiketBurst reviews affected orders and arranges refunds according to each payment method and transaction state. If an automatic refund is unavailable, our team handles it; we do not convert a cash refund into credit without the buyer’s consent.
