A stream adds no seat, no security staff and no parking. Once the capture setup is in place, every online pass sold is extra revenue on the same night — and stays reachable for the diaspora, for whom travelling was never an option.

Treat this as an order of magnitude. The result depends on your prices, your audience and your capture costs (cameras, control room, connectivity), which are not included here. Online passes usually sell for less than in-person tickets: the simulator assumes that — adjust it to your case.

Frequently asked questions

Who pays the commission — me or the buyer?
The commission is taken on the organizer side. Buyers pay exactly the price shown, with no added fees. Hidden fees drive cart abandonment — we avoid them.
When do I get paid?
Funds are held in escrow and released automatically 24h after your event ends. You can then withdraw to mobile money or a bank account. Withdrawals above 50,000 XOF require KYC tier 2 verification.
What happens on my first event?
Your very first event gets a reduced commission of 5% instead of 10%. It is automatic — nothing to request, nothing to enter.
How much does a free event cost?
Nothing. The commission is a percentage of the ticket price, so a 0 XOF ticket generates no commission, and we charge no fixed per-ticket fee.
How does the Pro subscription work?
Pro costs 25 000 XOF for 30 days, charged to your organization wallet — no bank card. It moves your commission from 10% to 7% and includes 1 000 SMS / WhatsApp sends per month. It does not auto-renew: you renew it when you decide to.
Why is the fundraising commission lower?
Donors are sensitive to the idea of a platform "taking a cut" of a medical or funeral collection. The 2.5% rate covers our processing costs without damaging that trust — which matters a great deal in the Ivorian market.
What if I cancel my event?
You can issue full or partial refunds from your dashboard. Refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days back to the buyer’s original payment method.
